We’ll look to you for:
- Apply and deploy Serial Supplier Quality Assurance policy in collaboration with Procurement.
- Responsible for Non-Conformity Report management and Supplier performance for a precise scope of suppliers/projects, after the product validation, the First Article Inspection (FAI) + 3 deliveries.
- Perform inspections for low-critical parts
- Manage Quality performance of assigned Suppliers
- Manage Incoming Inspection activities when appointed SQ inspection leader for the given site

- Master’s degree,
- Knowledge and use in the practice of Quality standards (e.g., ISO9001) and quality tools (e.g. 5Why, 8d methods)
- Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications, Cenelec), preferable
- Experience in working in a position related to Engineering and/or Project Execution, preferable
- Fluent Polish is a must, English – communicative;
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office;
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems;
- Ability to cooperate in a team and communicate effectively
- Capability to Influence toward excellence and continuous improvement
