Could you be the full-time Project Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Director PM & BIDs, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You'll make ensure the Company's high market position by managing and executing the tasks covered by the project and defined in the project plan. Day-to-day, you’ll ensure the implementation of the recommended scope of process documentation, the achievement of indicators and objectives, the high quality of the performed work and the maintenance of good relations with Client.and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of liaise with other finance expert functions on need basis (e.g. Treasury and Financing, Internal Audit & Risk Management, Accounting and Finance efficiency, etc.).

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Takeover of the bid phase documentation, the project registration sheet and the main contract
  • Establishment of the project team and development of the project plan and quality plan in cooperation with the project team and updating the documents
  • Preparation of the project structure, preparation of the project schedule and its update, commissioning of the work (according to the project scope) application, adaptation
  • Preparation of contracts with subcontractors and annexing contracts related to the project implementation
  • Project management in accordance with the approved Project Plan, Quality Plan, concluded contract and agreed detailed project schedule, risk management ensuring continuous analysis and implementation of risk avoidance plans
  • Notification of completion of work and readiness for acceptance and collection of all documentation necessary for handover of the project to the Service and preparation of handover protocol and obtaining approval of the protocol
  • Archiving and reporting non-conformities during project execution or informing the Safety Coordinator of them, reporting on project progress and results

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management
  • Expertise in project area and/or project operational management background would be an advantage
  • Drive to gain and apply insight from every project

  • Respect for sound documentation and record keeping
  • Strong communication, negotiation and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with finance and management accounting
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, SAP will be an asset
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of railway solutions and systems is welcome
  • Ability to work with a contract in the country and abroad
  • Basic knowledge of legal aspects
  • Team management (capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-metier teams)
  • Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result oriented
