We’ll look to you for:
- Establish the Program/Project Quality plan and ensure the proper application during program execution in accordance to the solution requirements or project gap, and to the Alstom processes
- Makes sure that Quality and Safety standards are well known and applied: Alert in case of deviation and manage corrective actions, when necessary, propose improvements when relevant
- Support improvement of engineering processes with the return of experience with site process correspondent network
- Be the preferable interface in the Project/Program Team for all the métiers Quality needed for the Project/Program (Engineering EQ, Industrial IQ and Supplier SQ, Project PQ)
- Support the program teams to prepare gate reviews & follow up related action plans and valid expected maturity status;
- Manage System Engineering/SW/HW quality assurance activities;
- Realize the safety review, the chapter 2 of the safety case and the delivery review according to Alstom Safety standards;
- Realize safety authorization for direct product sales
- Report quality and safety alerts and ensure REX process within the program
- Report and manage Non-conformities and Safety issues and facilitate problem solving of product portfolio that are used by project in execution phase to reduce the costs of non-quality (8D, REX and standards evolution)
- Control project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits - to authorize the presentation
- Ensure and improve the tender quality during tender phase upon request

- Master’s degree,
- Knowledge and use in the practice of Quality standards (e.g., ISO9001) and quality tools (e.g. 5Why, 8d methods)
- Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications, Cenelec), preferable
- Experience in working in a position related to Engineering and/or Project Execution, preferable
- Fluent Polish is a must, English – communicative;
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office;
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems;
- Ability to cooperate in a team and communicate effectively
- Capability to Influence toward excellence and continuous improvement
