We’ll look to you for:

  • Represent the Project Manager on all quality matters and to delegate as necessary to ensure the project QMS is effectively and efficiently implemented
  • Prepares and submits the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for approval
  • Prepares, submits and reviews the procedures for System Review, System Audit, Corrective and Preventive Plan, control of non-conforming action, continual improvement
  • Schedules and conducts Project Quality Audits (PQAs)
  • Oversees the corrective and preventive action processes; establish an effective action tracking system for non-conformance reports, corrective action
  • Requests review, comment and acceptance of the design QMPs
  • Ensures to review, comment and agree with Method Countryments, Inspection and Test Plans, Test Reports and material submittals provided by the subcontractor  
  • Prepares, reviews, when appropriate, the monthly report summarizing project quality activities over the past month for all the obligation included to supplier, design
  • Prepares quality reports documenting quality assurance compliance for all providers of products and services for each phase of the project lifecycle
  • Leads quality assurance personnel involved in audits
  • Shall be certified for internal / external auditing and Quality Assurance personnel shall have auditing experience applicable to their responsibilities.

  • Proven experience in working in a position related to Engineering and/or Project Execution
  • Knowledge and use in the practice of Quality standards (e.g., ISO9001) and quality tools (e.g.  5Why, 8d methods)
  • Fluent Polish is a must, English – min. B2 (liaising with internal and external stakeholders)
  • Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications, Cenelec) - nice to have
  • Analitical thinking and solving problems ability
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate within the team
  • Capability to influence toward excellence and continuous improvement
  • Willing to travel as required (including international travel).
