Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your application support expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Magdalena (Site Global Planning Director based in Katowice), and work alongside Financial Project Manager to Earn Value Management and co-operate with Work Package Managers to ensure the problems and bottlenecks will be anticipated and resolved in a timely manner to prevent negative impact on the project schedule. You will also identify critical paths and ensure action plans are developed and implemented to maximize project quality, cost and delivery objectives.

 

 

You’ll specifically take care of proper time management information to support decisions making process in order to reach expected on time delivery performance of the project. You will be responsible to prepare and manage project schedule (external and internal) and also maintain resource planning for your projects. Project Planner is expected to interact and communicate effectively with all necessary project core team members in order to manage all planning deliverables efficiently. Reporting to Site Global Planning Director, the Project Planner will be expected to work autonomously and independently, setting high personal standards and delivering reports in a timely and accurate manner to the project team and client alike,   and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for

 

  • Co-operation with Work Package Managers, maintain resource planning needed to fulfil all project’s deliverables
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management on project progress and critical issue
  • Perform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues
  • Organize and lead periodic project schedule sessions for his area
  • Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline
  • Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule
  • Prepare schedule and progress reports on time, with highest quality and provide support to Project Manager on all issues related to project schedule

  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Experience or understanding of experience in a project planning / scheduling including resource planning roles
  • Experience or understanding of experience of Primavera P6 Planning Software and/or other scheduling tools, will be an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Project and other MS tools.
  • Familiarity with the schedules simulations, various scenarios, and changing project goals
  • Fluent in English and Polish (proficiency level)
