Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Kordian (Project Manager DIS/ProjectMgmt4) and work in creative and cohesive team. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to maintaining Alstom's high market position by managing and executing tasks defined in the project plan. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as finance, legal, and engineering), ensuring the implementation of process documentation, achievement of project objectives, and maintaining excellent relations with clients and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Preparation of the project structure, preparation of the project schedule and its update, including product adaptation, application, and commissioning of the work (according to the project scope)
  • Project management per the approved Project Plan, Quality Plan, concluded contract and agreed detailed project schedule, risk management ensuring continuous analysis and implementation of risk avoidance plans,
  • Notification of completion of work and readiness for acceptance and collection of all documentation necessary for handover of the project to the Service and preparation of handover protocol and obtaining approval of the protocol,
  • Archiving and reporting non-conformities during project execution or informing the Safety Coordinator of them, reporting on project progress and results,
  • Leadership of a multi-site/multi-metier project team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement,
  • Preparation of contracts with subcontractors and annexing contracts related to the project implementation,
  • Ensuring the implementation of the recommended scope of process documentation, the achievement of indicators and objectives, the high quality of the performed work and the maintenance of good relations with Client

  • Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field,
  • Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies,
  • Experience or understanding of managing complex projects within the railway industry or similar sectors,
  • Familiarity with contract management, both domestically and internationally,
  • Basic understanding of legal aspects relevant to project management,
  • Proven team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering multi-site/multi-metier team collaboration,
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach,
  • Skills in managing customer relationships and negotiations,
  • Ability to navigate financial and management accounting tasks
