Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting contractual targets, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and operations), manage and coordinate resources across sites, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of driving internal project reporting and reviews, but also setting work packages to the project team according to Q.C.D. (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing the project according to Alstom procedures

Achieving contractual targets
-
Attending and driving meetings and relationships

Setting work packages to the project team in line with Q.C.D. targets

Managing and coordinating project teams and resources across multiple sites
-
Maintaining relationships with external and internal customers and stakeholders
-
Driving performance metrics, including Project GM, Project OTD (On-Time Delivery), PPI (Project Performance Indicator), and others

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience and understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q.C.D.) principles

Familiarity with stakeholder management and resource coordination
- Fluency in Polish and English languages

A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus

Strong communication and leadership skills

Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
