Could you be the full-time Project Installation Manager (PrYM) in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your project installation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Wojciech (Sig Project Installation Manager based in Katowice) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push installation projects forward. No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll manage costing schedules, enable those around you to excel, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of planning and managing all Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation (trackside and/or onboard), in close cooperation with the PM, the Installation Engineering and Design activities. You will be also responsible for possess end to end accountability at Project level, from a QCD (Quality Cost & Delivery) and Performance points of view for the scope and ensure the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standard.

 

We’ll look to you for

 

  • Leading and coordinating project installation site activities  including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools
  • Managing the Installation Works for M&U Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces
  • Manage Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
  • Coordinating the Installation Engineering team for the scope assigned
  • Ensuring compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc…
