Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) in Katowice, PL we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Krzysztof (Engineering Domain/Metier Group Manager based in Katowice) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. You'll be responsible for preparing, leading, and managing all technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost and schedule commitment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with engineering team and well connected with various external (Customer/Suppliers) and internal stakeholders (Project Core Team).
You’ll specifically take care of technical part of our projects.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing the technical contractual scope of the project including:
- Accountable for the customer acceptance of the project solution and validate the technical design choices
- Managing the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan and providing project solution, including the customization and specific configuration of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery
- Performance (QCDP) commitments:
- Ensure all the technical requirements of the contract are fully addressed throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsible of the project design and application engineering activities (Supervise Verification & Validation activities, Provide BOM, Verify Project Safety Case) and validate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution Director
- Functionally lead the project engineering team:
- Responsible of the project design and application engineering activities
- Allocate Task(s) across Project Engineering team and ensure engineering activities follow-up

- Degree in or passion for Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects or Master in Business Administration and/or Master in Project Management
