In this role, you will be based in our DLU Onboard engineering team  and well connected with various external (Customer/Suppliers) and internal stakeholders (Project Core Team, Project Technical Manager, Methods & Tools Community). You will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost and schedule commitment (ATLAS solution).

 

 

Your key responsibilities?

 

 

Manage the technical contractual scope of the project:
- Be accountable for the customer acceptance of the project solution and validate the technical design choices
- Manage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan
Manage the project solution, including the customization and specific configuration of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments:
- Ensure, with support of the required experts and involving all stakeholders, that all the technical requirements of the contract are fully addressed throughout the project lifecycle
- Be responsible of the project design and application engineering activities (Supervise Verification & Validation activities, Provide BOM, Verify Project Safety Case)
- Validate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution Director 
Functionally lead the project engineering team:
- Be responsible of the project design and application engineering activities
- Allocate Task(s) across Project Engineering team and ensure engineering activities follow-up
- Together with Metier Leaders and RC Project Engineering Metier define the project engineering team organization according to the project phase
- Deploy the applicable engineering process, methods & tools on the project manage and participate in the evaluation of the project engineering team

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

- Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects or Master in Business Administration and/or Master in Project Management

- Ability to professionally interface with both business and technical levels of organization
- Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view 
- Engineering product development full lifecycle view
- Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities

- English & Polish (both oral and written)

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organization and task management skills
- Strong understating of delivery process
- Strong decision-making ability
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Problem-solving ability

 

Ideally:


- Products and services knowledge on different market segments (Mainline)
- Hands-on experience on functional/ organizational management
