Could you be the full-time hybrid Project Documentation Controller in Katowice, PL we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in documentation management in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the management and control of project documentation, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams), ensure compliance with documentation standards, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Defining and updating the documentation workflow
- Controlling documentation standards, including templates, references, and versions.
- Defining and deploying the documentation numbering system.
- Establishing and maintaining a single repository for project working documents (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Ensuring compliance with contractual documentation submissions according to customer requirements.
- Managing electronic file identification and customer identification as needed.
- Recording all technical and management documentation from external entities.
- Ensuring internal validation of project documents before submission to the customer.
- Preparing and recording document submissions to customers and partners.
- Providing inputs related to documentation dashboards and reports.
- Updating document contractual templates as per requirements.

- Degree in a relevant field such as documentation management, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience or understanding of documentation management systems and processes.
- Knowledge of EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems).
- Familiarity with tools like Teams, SharePoint, and other document repositories.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
