Could you be the full-time hybrid Project Contract Manager in Katowice, PL we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive legal and contractual expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, resourceful, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the rigorous application of the Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and uphold Alstom governance, making a pivotal impact in the way our projects are managed and secured. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Managers, Finance, and Engineering), prepare a thorough Contract Summary and ensure its wide communication and regular updates, and develop a robust Contract Management Strategy Plan with the Core Project Team, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Developing and implementing the Contract Management Strategy Plan in collaboration with the Core Project Team,

• Monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with legal obligations and company policies,

• Identifying potential legal issues and contract-related risks and proposing mitigation strategies,

• Managing and documenting all contract negotiations to ensure traceability and adherence to company standards,

• Providing guidance to project teams on contractual rights and obligations,

• Training and mentoring team members on best practices in contract management and legal compliance,

• Facilitating the resolution of claims and disputes in a manner that minimizes risk and preserves relationships

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field,

• Experience or understanding of contract management principles and practices,

• Knowledge of Claims and Insurance Management,

• Strategic thinking for developing Contract Management Strategy Plans,

• Leadership qualities to work effectively with Core Project Teams
