Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of the program, driving operational excellence and fostering impactful outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and R&D), oversee the implementation of development roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones, all while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating program work packages and managing risks and resources, but also lead program reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:

Contributing to the roadmap definition for system/product development and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Managing the development roadmap implementation to meet customer needs and ensure competitiveness and innovation

Controlling and executing all program developments, ensuring adherence to QCD commitments
-
Overseeing on-time delivery commitments and managing any necessary changes
-
Coordinating program work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and risk mitigation plans
-
Driving program reviews and providing QCD reports to relevant stakeholders

Leading safety and critical issue resolution, including cybersecurity and major availability challenges

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field (mandatory)

Master’s Degree in Project Management (desirable)

Experience in system/product engineering or project management in industries such as digital, railway, automotive, or aircraft

Experience in managing project/program baselines or IT system project management
-
Engineering background with a full lifecycle project deployment view
-
Hands-on experience in team management (functional or hierarchical)

Proficiency in cost and planning control within an engineering scope

Experience in customer relationship management for deliverables and scope management

Knowledge of safety standards and engineering product development full lifecycle

Strong communication skills in technical environments

Interpersonal skills, including teamwork and leadership

Analytical and critical thinking abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
