Could you be the full-time Program Configuration and Change Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your program configuration and change management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You’ll report to Marcin (System Engineering Manager based in Katowice), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
Project by project, you'll enhance our software systems requirements, positively impacting how our Control Signalling System operate. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (particularly System Architects and System Engineers), defining program configuration requirement specifications and paying attention for any change has been made in our on-going projects or programs, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining the configuration and change management system (structure, tools).
We’ll look to you for:
- Keep the project/program configuration under control during the whole lifecycle of the Program
- Ensure Configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders
- Manage the Changes in the project or program
- Ensure application of configuration and change standard procedures, instructions and templates
- Identify and define configuration items
- Create and publish configuration baselines, write release notes

- Bachelor or Master Degree (preferably in Computer Science or equivalent)
- Experience or understanding of experience in Change Management, Product Lifecycle Management or Release Management
- General Hardware knowledge of computers, network devices, server cabinets components, etc.
- Familiarity with extensive documentation experience (document quality, documentation management)
- Fluent in English and Polish (proficiency level)
