Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Ludovic (DIS Product Introduction Manager based in France), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll define the process, govern and execute Transfer of Technology / Manufacturing start-up activities on a global level, by working with the regional teams and the special process qualification process for all specialist signalling equipment, by working together with Global SQA and Industrialization teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the other D&IS Metiér Process Owners and Process Correspondents (Engineering, T&C, Industrial and Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, etc.…) to ensure a coordinated and transversal process strategy.
You’ll specifically leading the technical project management for the critical production start-up and transfer.
We’ll look to you for:
- Defining and executing the process of Production Introduction for all internal and external producers, utilizing the central & regional network of resources
- Leading the budget, time plan and support the strategy for all transfer of technology projects, working with the regions
- Providing technical support and strategic direction to the sourcing teams and Industrial Operations, during RFQ exercises
- Developing and leading the Technical RFQ qualification process, in collaboration with the commodity management and industrial operations teams
- Defining all skills and expertise, competency matrix and needed trainings for continuous improvement of production introduction / transfer of technology teams
- Developing and grow the central Production Start-up organization
- Supporting the relevant stakeholders with ongoing sourcing strategies, operational footprint and product development footprint.

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree: Electronics, Electrics or Automatics or similar is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
