Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in supply chain management and production scheduling in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless scheduling and control of daily operations on the production line, helping to deliver high-quality products on time in alignment with the Master Production Schedule. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing, procurement, and logistics), analyze data to optimize production processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing and optimizing the production schedule to meet customer demands and deadlines

Utilizing MRP and Production Scheduling tools effectively to ensure operational efficiency

Performing data analysis and generating accurate reports to support decision-making processes
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve processes
-
Applying lean tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
-
Demonstrating strong communication skills to foster collaboration across teams

Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays in the production schedule
-
Maintaining a customer and goal-oriented approach to deliver results consistently

Displaying a sense of urgency to meet critical deadlines and resolve issues promptly

Working autonomously while contributing to team objectives

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience or understanding of MRP and Production Scheduling tools
