Could you be the full-time Product Industrial Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Regional Center Industrialization Manager, and work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

 

You'll play a pivotal role in managing the industrial inputs and outputs during the complete lifecycle of signalling products developed in Poland. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as internal production teams, product and program managers, hardware development teams, quality teams, component engineers, and external suppliers), support the design for manufacturing processes, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of managing industrial quality, cost, and delivery of signalling products, but also ensuring the industrial sustainability of products and managing risks with associated cross-functional action plans when required.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing Industrial Quality, Cost and Delivery of Signalling products during all life cycle,
  • Managing the industrial process for electronic products,
  • Ensuring industrial sustainability of Product and managing risks with associated cross-functional action plan when required,
  • Improving Product competitiveness: cost optimization, lead time reduction, quality improvement,
  • Supporting in DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Testability, Reliability and Repairability) in the electric HW development process,
  • Managing products industrialisation work packages,
  • Contributing to industrial costing activities throughout project development phases,
  • Building the IMP (Industrial Management Plan), ensuring industrial activities are properly structured and synchronized with project milestones,
  • Preparing for the introduction of new technologies when required, including defining and implementing associated process validation plans.

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Production / Process Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Proven experience in Industrial management, 
  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, VSM, Project Management and scheduling, Lean Manufacturing, New Product Introduction, 
  • Desired competencies: teamwork, communication, planning, drive for results and flexibility 
  • Familiarity with ERP and documentation management systems,  
  • Very good Polish & English skills, both spoken and written
