Could you be the full-time Method Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and use your experience as a Method Engineer in the Katowice team. You will report to Bartłomiej Siudej (Methods Engineering Manager in Katowice) and work with passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life.
We’ll look to you for:
- Providing technological supervision and support for the Tool Shop department.
- Developing and maintaining manufacturing technologies, routings, and production processes for manufacturing and repair of production tooling.
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing routings and technological data in SAP.
- Supporting conventional machining equipment and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) processes.
- Programming CNC EDM machines and optimizing machining parameters.
- Planning and scheduling production orders related to manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of production tooling.
- Defining material requirements, material consumption standards, and tooling specifications.
- Reviewing technical documentation and drawings to assess manufacturability and technical feasibility.
- Preparing and maintaining technological documentation, including work instructions, process descriptions, and operator guides.
- Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve resource utilization within tooling manufacturing and repair processes.
- Collaborating with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of tooling solutions.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best manufacturing practices.
- Providing technical guidance and training to operators and production personnel regarding tooling processes and equipment.
- Participating in cost estimation activities related to tool manufacturing and repair projects.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures within tooling operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

Minimum 2-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience

Ability to work independently or in a cross functional environment

Very good English verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitasking

Strong CAD capabilities: Solid Edge, AutoCAD
