Could you be the full-time Method Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role:

 

Take on a new challenge and use your experience as a Method Engineer in the Katowice team. You will report to Przemyslawand Herman (Inudstrialisation Manager in Katowice) and work with passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Creating verification and validation documentation, including plans, procedures, and requirements, as well as actively participating in new product quotations as part of a multi‑competency team

  • Participating in and/or leading NPIs

  • Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information

  • Developing and designing robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve manufacturing processes

  • Analyzing and evaluating existing systems and processes, identifying value‑added and non‑value‑added activities

  • Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs

  • Preparing work instructions, process descriptions, and operator guides

  • Identifying opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production

  • Analyzing technical documentation in terms of technical feasibility (DFM)

  • Training staff on new processes and providing instructions and manuals

  • Participating in the management of special processe

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

  • Minimum 2-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience

  • Ability to work independently or in a cross functional environment

  • Very good English verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitasking

  • Strong CAD capabilities: Zuken, Solid Edge, AutoCAD
