Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless delivery of goods at the right time, quantity, and place, supporting Alstom's operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement and Supplier Governance), monitor supplier performance KPIs, and resolve goods receipt issues, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing the supplier's portfolio to ensure timely and accurate goods delivery

Expressing delivery needs to suppliers and contributing to the governance of supplier delivery performance

Tracking missing parts until stock availability

Analyzing and managing MRP exception messages while anticipating supply problems such as backlogs, shortages, or lack of demand

Resolving Goods Receipts issues, including overstock, shortages, damage, documentation errors, quantity mismatches, and invoice discrepancies

Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs

Driving action plans for supplier performance improvement and contributing to risk management initiatives

Collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure contractual agreements are accurately reflected in the ERP system

Supporting the optimization of supply chain processes to improve overall efficiency

Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on supply chain best practices and industry advancements

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supplier relationship management and supply chain operations

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes

Familiarity with supply chain performance metrics and risk management strategies

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
