Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a critical role in optimizing end-to-end logistic flows, ensuring compliance with QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment, and Health & Safety) targets, and driving impactful improvements in material flow, packaging, warehousing, and transport. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as supply chain, production, and procurement), implement and manage standard packaging solutions, and ensure accurate ERP parameters for efficient internal logistics—and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Implementing and managing standard packaging solutions, including purchase, design, prototyping, validation, and budget monitoring
-
Applying solutions to protect parts during all logistic operations such as transport, unloading, storage, and line feeding
-
Driving cost-saving initiatives by calculating Return on Investment (ROI), designing standard packaging, reducing transport costs, and justifying investments through business cases
-
Designing and improving internal logistic processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
-
Ensuring correct parameter settings in the ERP system, including stock strategy and activity-based costing (ABC) classification
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align logistics solutions with regional priorities
-
Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve material flow, storage, packaging, and warehousing practices
-
Monitoring and analyzing logistics performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
-
Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all logistics operations
-
Supporting a culture of teamwork, adaptability, and continuous learning within the supply chain and planning department
