Could you be the full-time Junior Program Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll be the person to drive the execution of portfolio of program having different criticality, according to Platform /Region requirements (Product Plan, Commercial Plan) and customer expectations, to maximize the results with respect to R&D Investment and Economics whilst delivering on time, in conformity with Alstom program management and execution processes and much more. You’ll specifically take care of Seek and propose to the Segment Director / Platform additional opportunities

We’ll look to you for:

• Being the representative of the program’s portfolio towards Alstom management
• Define in advance project core team staffing, as well as his/her Work Package (WP) resources and escalate when program resources available do not match the Meta-program needs
• Synchronize internal partners, organize proper transfer from tender to program’s and arbitrate when necessary
• Manage Alignment with contractual requirements and management of variation orders with project related to development
• Arbitration of Quality Cost Delivery and Performance (QCDP) re-baselining and change management at project level
• Support claim and litigations if neededProactive risk, saving and opportunity management
