Could you be the full-time Industrialization Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Piotr (Regional Center Industrialization Manager) and work alongside diligent and innovative teammates.

You'll be responsible for the new product introduction processes during the complete life cycle for our signalling products, directly contributing to the operational excellence of our site and day-to-day work closely with teams across the business.

 

We’ll look to you for

  • Prepare introduction of new products and technologies, with associated process validation plan.

  • Support industrial Quality, Cost and Delivery of products during all life cycle and lead proper action plan

  • Manage Industrial output to secure sustainability of Product during life cycle: guarantee the manufacturability

  • Define specifications, requirements and rules for associated industrial means necessary to start / rampup production

  • Manage / follow the achievement of the prototypes in the respect of the industrial rules, and the QCD requirements,

  • Design the production macro-processes, participate to line balancing,

  • Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan,

  • Define and qualify new industrial solutions, promote Industry 4.0 strategy

  • Degree in manufacturing / process engineering / mechanics / electrical / electronic

  • Experience with Industrialization / New Product and Process introduction activities

  • Ability to build a strong network of contacts across the business,

  • Knowledge of technical drawings including electrical schematics,

  • Good understanding of engineering processes and tools,

  • English skills are a mandatory for the role.
