Could you be the full-time Industrialization Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Guarantee the application of the Manufacturing (DFM) and test Rules (DFT) and repairs requirement during the product development in order to optimize the productivity and the test coverage. Participate to Technical Design Review (DR),
  • Manage / follow the achievement of the prototypes in the respect of the industrial rules, and the QCD requirements
  • Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan
  • Define requirements and rules for associated tooling necessary to start production
  • Support Industrialization team to secure sustainability of Product during life cycle: guarantee the manufacturability
  • Support industrial Quality, Cost and Delivery of products during all life cycle and lead proper action plan (especially for recurring costs & lead time optimization) 
  • In case of non-conformity or incident, support investigation of root causes, finds and implement corrective solutions
  • Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis
  • Technical support to the RFQ activities connected with new product developments

  •  BSc in electronics / electrical / process engineering
  •  Experience with Industrialization / Co-engineering activities
  •  Knowledge of PCBA design / electrical schematics,
  •  Good experience on product introduction and Design for Manufacturing
  •  Good understanding of engineering processes and tools
  •  Ability to build a strong network of contacts across the business.
  •  Experience with product introduction projects with many different stakeholders
  •  Advanced English skills are a mandatory for the role.
