Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Lukasz (Quality Director based in Katowice) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
As the Industrial Quality Manager in the relevant workshop, you will work closely with the team to ensure that all quality requirements are met and to optimize the manufacturing processes. By doing so, you will contribute to the achievements of customer satisfaction, business goals, and continuous improvements.
We'll look to you for:
- Managing Industrial Quality activities in the relevant workshop (IQ team, processes, and KPIs).
- Stopping production in case of defects that justify mandatory rework, noncoformities management & problems solving
- Participating in or delegating customer joint inspections and FMEA process definition.
- Building, implementing, and regularly updating Quality Control Plans based on REX (REturn of eXperience) of previous project executions.
- Ensuring customer approval, validation of documents, and compliance of manufactured products before shipping.
- Performing line quality animation with cross-functional teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in quality engineering and quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the railway industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes, such as ISO 9001, and knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team and liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality-related software.
