Could you be the full-time Industrial Planner in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Piotr (Transversal Supply Chain Manager located in Katowice), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll manage the adequacy between Demand (Firm & Forecast) and Resources (Manufacturing & Procurement) to reach customers QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and projects timescales while optimizing site resources (people, machines & cash).
We’ll look to you for:
- Analyze data related to Industrial Planning (forecast, budget, …)
- Analyze Hard Inventory reporting activity and Advance Schedule Planning analysis
- Managing the requested modification of the production plan and identification of potential bottlenecks
- Identification of project’s critical path
All about you

- Degree in Logistics, Business Analytics or similar
- Experience with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts and basic Data Analysis, preferred ASPROVA
- Experience of work in a supplier/customer relationship or Project or Industrial
- Knowledgeable of ERP material management (master data, purchase orders management…)
- ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR…) or ability to use ERP
- Ability to Spoken / Written in English
- Deep knowledge of MS Excel
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- A proactive and resourceful approach
- Desire to work collaboratively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptability and effective time management
- Detail-oriented
