Could you be the full-time Industrialization Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Piotr (Regional Center Industrialization Manager). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business such as Engineering, Production Team, and Test Engineers, to make sure that projects run in accordance with serial production requirements. You’ll specifically take care of the Industrialization process, but also provide DFM and costing feedback during the development & production transfer phase.
We’ll look to you for:
- Guaranteeing the application of the Manufacturing (DFM) and test Rules (DFT) during product development
- Anticipating the launch of industrial facilities and long lead time supplies for the prototypes manufacturing
- Defining and committig to the schedule and the industrialization cost target
- Defining requirements and rules for associated tooling and work stations necessary to start production
- Managing industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan
- Qualifying the product/process pair as well as industrial means to be put in place in line with the design
- Proposing improvement ideas and evolution of the business rules for the Industrial domain

- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Production Engineering,
- Experience in production engineering disciplines, minimum of 3 years of related job experience,
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, VSM, basic Project Management and scheduling, Lean Manufacturing, New Product Introduction,
- Familiarity with ERP and documentation management systems,
- Good English skills, both spoken and written (min. B2)
