Could you be the full-time Finance Project Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role:
The FPM leads finances for projects in order to improve the project overall performance. He or She participates in overall Project Management process jointly with Project Manager. As a key member of the project, he provides financial analysis, advices and guidance to support the project team in making the best business decisions for the project. He is the main partner for the Financial Strategy success of the project, contributing in negotiation processes to secure project success. The FPM supports PM in risks and opportunities process and sign-off contingencies/committed savings. He is part of the Finance organization and covers the entire project lifecycle.
We’ll look to you for:
- Co-pilot to the project manager to ensure focus on the achievement of the financial goals of the project
- Ensure that project calculations reflect current status of project
- Review and Analysis of Estimated-at-completion calculation of the project for Budget, Forecast and Actual
- Review and Analysis of variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in monthly Reporting
- Keep Project Manager continuously updated on financial situation of project and upcoming risks & opportunities
- Challenge the project teams to assure a successful project execution
- Optimize financial aspects on the project
- Build and maintain successful cross functional relationships

- BSc in Finance
- Min. 2 years or relevant experience in controlling
- Good understanding of Finance/Controlling processes and tools
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, knowledge of SAP
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize
