Could you be the full-time Finance Project Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial management and project leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving the financial success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including project managers, finance teams, and cross-functional departments), provide financial analysis and guidance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring financial strategies align with project goals, but also support the project manager in risk and opportunity management.
We’ll look to you for:

Co-piloting with the Project Manager to achieve financial goals,
-
Ensuring project calculations reflect the current status of the project,
-
Reviewing and analyzing Estimated-at-Completion calculations for budget, forecast, and actuals,
-
Providing insights on variances between budget, forecast, and actual figures in monthly reporting,
-
Keeping the Project Manager continuously updated on the financial situation of the project and upcoming risks and opportunities,
-
Challenging project teams to ensure successful project execution,
-
Optimizing financial aspects of the project,
-
Building and maintaining successful cross-functional relationships.

BSc in Finance,

Relevant experience in controlling,

Good understanding of Finance/Controlling processes and tools,

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus,

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,

Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize,

A strong team-working mindset.
