Could you be the full-time Embedded System Tester in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

In this role, you will be responsible for testing the industrial real-time embedded product with highest fail-safe requirements and reliability within a harsh operational environment. Our team is working with top-of-the-market technology and our products have the highest fail-safe requirements, reliability and work under the harshest operational environments. 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Developing and maintaining the automatic test environment.
  • Developing test scripts to be able to run automatic test sequences.
  • Developing and maintaining of HW test environment in the lab.
  • Conducting manual tests according to test specifications.
  • Cooperating and supervising environmental and EMC tests in external laboratories.
  • Testing and Verification of product on system level.
  • Testing and Verification of Hardware.
  • Designing and Implementing Hardware testing procedures
  • Creating Test Plans, Test Specifications and Test Reports.

 

All about you

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or other relevant fields.
  • Experience in role of HW Tester or System Tester (at least 2 years )
  • Python programming (for development of test sequences)
  • Experience in automatic test development
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Experience in creating simple electrical circuits
  • Knowledge of Linux administration and usage
  • Knowledge of continuous integration systems (Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of other scripting languages, e.g., Bash
  • Knowledge on PC architecture, networking, cyber security, electronic
  • English at fluent level (min. B2)

 

Knowledge / experience in one of the following will be considered as plus:

 

  • Doors
  • RTC
  • GIT
  • EMC (Design, Tests ad troubleshooting)
  • Testing of products in harsh environments (experience in similar industrial area like aerospace, military, automotive…)
  • Testing for Safety Critical Development. e.g., EN 50126/8/9, IEC 61508, ISO 26262
