Could you be the full-time Customer Service Officer in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new, dynamic, and collaborative field. You’ll work alongside supportive and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving momentum and ensuring the successful delivery of service projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as service teams and transverse teams), support the coordination of contracts, and enable those around you to excel in their roles, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of delivering multiple service projects, ensuring they align with contractual requirements and client expectations, but also assist with administrative work and client correspondence.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the department in the process of realization of orders/contracts

  • Performing current administrative work

  • Providing correspondence with partners/clients

  • Supporting the coordination of contracts and execution

  • Preparing documentation for clients

  • Driving project momentum and ensuring alignment with goals
