ALM4A is the program for the development and deployment of the D&IS Application Lifecycle Management. Application lifecycle management is performed supporting engineering workflow management with an integrated suite of tools supporting requirements management, source code and binaries management, verification and validation, change and configuration management. As a core solution to support D&IS engineering for projects & programs, D&IS ALM4A is developed by EPQ central & IS&T teams and then deployed on site by ALM4A Deployment Leaders, with active support of related ALM4A site Leaders & site key users.
Could you be the full-time ALM Deployment Leader in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your application expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Denis (Program Manager based in St Ouen) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll help us deploying Application Lifecycle Management to Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) projects & programs. Day-to-day, for the site(s) of your responsibility, you’ll work closely the ALM4A site leader and site key users to plan & execute ALM4A deployment for projects & programs in synch with EPQ central team and IS&T. You’ll monitor projects and programs take care of solving the gaps identified in all phases of the project under deployment to ALM.
We’ll look to you for:
- Fully managing the deployment of ALM4A on his sites of responsibility
- Being the main interface to the ALM4A site leader on deployment, with support from the ALML4A Program Manager
- For each site, in collaboration with the ALM4A site leader:
- identifying the scope
- explaining the key ways of working to execute the core ALM processes using ALM4A
- defining the applicable patterns for each project/program
- anticipating the management of exceptions
- defining acceptance criteria
- Managing the migration team (resources allocated by the Program Manager)
- Creating change requests when necessary (on process and tools)
- Helping REX collection

- On-the-job experience (or a diploma, degree or higher) in engineering, preferred Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related
- Experience or understanding of the Jazz Platform
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management at least 2 years’ experience
- Knowledge of train transport sector will be an asset
- Familiarity with configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes
- An interest in system architecture, abstraction, technical writing and modelling
- Ability to work autonomously
- Keen to learn quickly, especially for complex technical topics.
