Purpose of the job: 

In this role person will be a part of the team that works on international projects, co-creating advanced railway onboard systems with a high level of safety: STM – EbiCab600. The team deals with the creation/development and management of an automated test environment as well as carrying out tests - creating a test specification, and conducting automated tests. The main goal is to ensure the system's reliability and demonstrate the software's quality by component tests (white-box tests of the software) using VectorCAST or other tools.

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Setup and Configuration of component test tool based on SourceCode
  • Creation and update of Component Test Cases, Test Scripts, Execution, Review, Verification
  • Creation, Update, Review, Verification of Component Test Plans and Guides
  • Creation of Test Reports Review and Verification of Component Design Specifications
  • Retrieval and Delivery of Code and Test via repository
  • Retrieval and Delivery of Documentation via document repository
  • Retrieval, Delivery and Analysis of “Findings” / “Defects” via repository
  • Support of the Agile SW Development Teams with Component Test 

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Experience in programming C/C++ (both)
  • Experience in scripting language programming – e. g. Python
  • Knowledge of versioning control tools Gitlab/Synergy
  • Basic knowledge of embedded
  • Fluent English 

 

Optional: 

  • Knowledge about testing SIL-4
  • Nice to know: MISRA C/C++
  • Nice to know: CENELEC 50128/50126/50129
  • Business trips, about 2 times per year
  • ISTQB certificate 
  • Agile methodology
