Could you be our next full-time Project Director we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic vision and project management expertise in an exciting and dynamic field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and results-driven colleagues.

You'll play a key role in managing and coordinating the project, ensuring optimal performance across your perimeter. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Site Managing Directors, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance, as well as external stakeholders like customers and independent assessors. You’ll also lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, and Sub-System Managers, while fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

You’ll specifically take care of deploying project processes across the site, but also support the team in risk management and mitigation strategies.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating our Traxx 23E, Technical Support and Spares Supply Agreement project to achieve strategic goals while managing portfolio risks
  • Ensuring the portfolio aligns with resource capabilities and availability
  • Committing to ensuring timely project execution against customer needs
  • Developing and managing a high-performing team of project professionals
  • Providing operational support to bid and project teams, including risk management and process improvement
  • Deploying and ensuring adherence to the Project & Bid function processes

  • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a Master’s Degree
  • Experience or understanding of leading projects in a business or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams
  • A Project Management Certification (IPMA or PMI)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in international and/or leadership roles
