Could you be the full-time onsite HSE Project Manager in jeddah we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive teammates. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel by maintaining and enhancing our environmental, occupational health and safety standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including operations, engineering, and site management), implement and oversee safety protocols, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of EHS strategies and initiatives,

  • Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards,

  • Investigating incidents and non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions,

  • Monitoring EHS performance metrics and reporting on progress to senior management,

  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement in EHS practices across the organization,

  • Providing EHS training and guidance to employees and management,

  • Developing and enforcing EHS policies and procedures to minimize risks,

  • Engaging with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and auditors,

  • Staying abreast of new legislation and best practices in EHS,

  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate EHS considerations into daily operations

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,

  • Experience or understanding of EHS regulations and compliance within a project management context.,

  • Familiarity with EHS management systems and auditing processes.,

  • Knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation procedures.,

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,

  • Resilience to overcome challenges and drive EHS performance.
