Could you be the full-time Contract Specialist in Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll be work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll Manage the daily activities for our contractual administration of our Projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to prepare, review and negotiate contracts, or other documents with an acceptable level of risks and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of all contractual matters, including but not limited to claim management, dispute settlement.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Talented  Saudi national
  • Support the business in all contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement                                   
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Lead & manage the Contract(s) teams of each project to ensure that they maintain high standards of work and are effective in their roles ensuring performance targets are being met.
  • Develop strong customer relationship with key decision makers. 
  • Plan and implement the set-up procedures and paperwork for newly signed contracts.
  • Working with the regional finance teams to ensure all outstanding debt is collected from the customer(s).
  • Support for the preparation, negotiation and execution of the sub-contract agreements for each project.
  • Providing assistance to the Head of Contract

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international business environment or law firm.
  • Familiar with international contracts Previous exposure to international practice through studies or work experience
  • Fluent Englisgh and Arabic
  • Law degree or business administration degree.
