Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your project coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, driving efficiency and meeting critical deadlines. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and operations), monitor project progress, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders—and much more."

Monitoring project progress and maintaining detailed documentation.,

Collaborating with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.,

Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.,

Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.,

Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.,

Supporting the preparation of project reports and presentations.,

Facilitating meetings and ensuring action items are tracked and completed.,

Promoting a culture of resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the team.,

Managing administrative tasks related to project coordination.

Annual salary: $75,000 - $90,000
