Could you be the full-time onsite Operations Center Supervisor in Jamaica, NY, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive operations and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and dynamic teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of train services, directly impacting the satisfaction and safety of our passengers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including ATC, SCADA, Rapid Response, and Access Control), supervise the execution of work permits and maintenance activities, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for operations that conform to safety and efficiency standards,

  • Directing and supervising operations center personnel in ATC, SCADA, Rapid Response, and Access Control,

  • Overseeing revenue activities and implementing contingency plans during normal and emergency events,

  • Recording, reviewing, and analyzing various operational data to improve service levels and incident response,

  • Leading safety briefings, supervising work areas, and ensuring compliance with rules and procedures,

  • Developing shift work schedules and supervising revenue service activities

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Facilities, Track, or Vehicle Maintenance,

  • Experience or understanding of operations center work procedures and safety standards,

  • Familiarity with leading and supervising a team in a shift environment,

  • Competence in training, qualifying, and certifying employees,

  • Experience in managing work schedules and resource allocation

Salary Range - Min $80,000 annually - Max - $95,000
