The Contniuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for the development, depoloyment  and championing of our highest potential growth opportunities that drive service and financial results.


Main Responsibilities


  • Primarily responsible for the performance and financial analysis of KPI-related performance for the site, particularly in the maintenance department
  • Develop dashboards for all KPIs and contract metrics
  • Reconcile budget reports and work with site leadership to improve the financial position of the site
  • Assist with SQF and DSA performance and compliance; perform performance analysis and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze current process standards and metrics to provide solutions for improvements based on site priority.
  • Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending to develop appropriate process control changes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders experts to develop process improvement reports for  recommendations and results.
  • Support Training Department to ensure records are maintained electronically. 
  • Champion digitization efforts for the site.

Educational Requirements



  • Masters in a Business related field, i.e., accounting, operations, business administration
  • Two years experience in business operations


        Competenices & Skills:

  • Advance skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
