Could you be the full-time Signalling Maintenance Engineer in [JAIPUR] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in urban rail signalling in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and skilled teammates.
You'll ensure the impeccable functioning and maintenance of our signalling systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Quality Assurance), supervising maintenance activities and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing the maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient responses to major events, and performing rigorous inspections. You'll also manage Contract KPIs to meet client requirements and resolve technical issues from investigation to problem closure.
We’ll look to you for:

Organizing and coordinating maintenance activities and shifts, including night shifts

Ensuring adherence to safety standards and procedures

Maintaining tools, assets, and records

Collaborating with the Maintenance Manager on signalling maintenance
-
Communicating technical details related to system failures

Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational standards

Providing support documentation to the Maintenance Team and Manager

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in urban rail signalling, including roles in engineering, testing & commissioning, or maintenance

Extensive knowledge of signalling systems (e.g., Distance To Go, ATS, ATC, Smart Digital Track Circuits, onboard signalling systems)

Familiarity with CBTC signalling systems is an advantage

A certification in a relevant discipline

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Leadership and team collaboration abilities
