QUALIFICATIONS;
- University degree from a reputable university preferably in Economics, Business Administration or a related field,
- New Graduate or preferably 1-2 years of corporate treasury/finance experience; bank experience is an asset,
- Both result and process oriented, eager to learn, a good team member with high energy level,
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
- Strong understanding of financial markets,
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills,
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external key stakeholders,
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking skills and multi tasking,
- Result oriented, attention in details and strong job tracking,
- Highly motivated, eager to learn and open to challenges,
- Fluent English.
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- Responsible for Cash Flow monitoring,collections ,import payment operations, other payment processes and prepare related reports,
- Manage Bank Orders preparation process, Follow-up of all daily transactions,
- Responsible for operational relationships with local and international banks and other institutions,
- Support and participate short and long-term cash flow projections, forecast/actual analysis and prepare related reports in coordination with the manager,
- Support for reporting and presentation processes of Treasury Department,
- Managing and monitoring all Direct Debiting System processes and reporting dealer limits and risk in coordination with the manager,
- Follow up and support for the trade finance processes such as guarantee letter and letters of credit, (Approvals, LC / LG utilization, renewal & reporting, fee & commission negotiations),
- Follow-up and reporting of sales and after-sales finance campaigns,
- Support and participate in Treasury projects (operational, digital etc.) and initiatives, effectively work on operational excellence of ERP system improvements for treasury functions,
- Complete closing procedures at the end of the month,
- Closely follow and report on local and global financial markets.
