To implement The Tel Aviv Green Line Project we are looking for a “Telecom Project Engineering Manager”. She/he is part of engineering team. She/ He will report Hierarchically to the AMECA Telecom & SCADA Engineering Manager.


What are my responsibilities?

As a “Telecom Project Engineering Manager”, you have the overall management of all design-related work to the Telecommunications Systems from the management to the control, the administration and the supervision for the all life cycle of the project (design, services, agreement).  You lead, manage and inspire engineering teams developing complex and innovative Telecommunications systems. You guide the technical design and delivery of Alstom’s solutions, serving as an ambassador of the Project’s engineering team to the rest of Alstom and the customer.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a dedicated team of engineers to deliver impeccable work, on-time at the right level of expectation on cost, quality and delivery ensuring that Alstom standard in term of safety are taking into account.
  • Providing technical leadership to both your team (internal & Sub contractor) and project peers.
  • Ensuring and validating technical consistency ( Monitor discrepancies and forecast when deviations to programme) to the complete life cycle (design, installation, testing & Commissioning activities).
  • Championing your team and project peers to continuously improving design and technical performance.
  • Partnering with project teams across the organisation to create a cohesive working environment focused on customer’s satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and reporting the project follow up


What do I need to qualify for this job?

In addition to a technical expertise in Telecommunications Design, you are a natural leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You know how to develop and maintain relationships with your team, peers and customers. You will exemplify a collaborative and creative approach to problem solving and demonstrate the ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.


Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years’ Experience in a project management role in a similar context with a Electronic/Communications engineering background.
  • Experience in Telecommunications Systems (inc. in particular. Advertising Display System (ADS), Public Address System (PAS), Digital Mobile Radio System (DMRS), Emergency Agencies Radio System (EARS), Wideband Wireless Radio System (WWRS), Communication Backbone Network (CBN), Geographical Information System (GIS), Data Center, Control Center, Telephony and Help Point System (TAHPS), Unified Recording System (URS), Customer Service Management Oriented Applications (CSMOA).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and Oral
  • Your technical competences and your industrial experience give you a sufficient background to have helicopter view on different subject and easily find solution when difficulties or conflicts.
  • You always act as a team player , taking into account new ideas, coordinating subject.
  • You are Fluent in English
