Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in system architecture to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in designing solutions that ensure seamless integration across systems, making a significant impact on the efficiency and quality of our signalling projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with system program technical teams, project and tender teams, and other specialists to identify and resolve technical gaps, define efficient solutions, and support deployment processes. You’ll also contribute to pre-tendering phases by presenting and defending Alstom solutions to customers.

You’ll specifically take care of identifying compliancy gaps between customer requirements and reference platform baselines, but also defining technical solutions to address these gaps and supporting project teams in maintaining alignment with platform roadmaps.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Identifying contractual non-compliances and addressing them through program gap developments or alternative solutions

  • Defining efficient technical solutions with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD)

  • Organizing internal design reviews with stakeholders

  • Consolidating gap definitions and costs at various project stages

  • Providing technical support to project teams to ensure smooth deployment

  • Maintaining alignment with platform roadmaps and delivery plans

  • Participating in pre-tendering phases by guiding customers and addressing their queries
