Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Specialist in Istanbul we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll play a key role in improving end-to-end logistics flows, ensuring alignment with Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment, and Health & Safety (QCDE) targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Project Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Manufacturing), optimize processes in our ERP system, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting material planning and logistics activities, but also contribute to supply chain KPIs and drive value-added improvements across the value chain.
We’ll look to you for:

Supporting material planning activities, including delivery follow-up of purchase orders

Arranging transport and customs operations for logistics activities

Contributing to key supply chain KPIs, such as on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory monitoring

Collaborating with central and regional supply chain teams to identify and implement value-added improvements

Designing internal logistics processes and ensuring ERP parameters are accurate

Aligning physical and system flows to improve stock accuracy

Participating in procurement gate reviews and negotiating project supply chain specifications

Reducing logistics costs and optimizing customs and transport operations

Degree in International Trade, Marketing & Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent

Experience in a supply chain environment

Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP (Warehouse Management and Inventory Management modules)

Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Strategic and methodical vision

Problem-solving skills
