Could you be the full-time Services Bid Technical Manager in Istanbul we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Maintenance & Services expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates.
You'll manage the technical scope of bids, ensuring the delivery of accurate and competitive proposals that align with standard solutions and commercial strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Supply Chain, and more), coordinate bid stakeholders, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing customer specifications and proposing migration strategies, but also ensuring a smooth handover to the Services Team in case of contract award.
We’ll look to you for:

Negotiating with the Services Director or Services Domain/Metier Department Head to allocate the technical team in line with bid needs.

Analyzing potential gaps between customer specifications and standard solutions with support from Services, Engineering, and Solutions Teams.

Coordinating internal and external bid stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical strategies.

Preparing and leading Technical Design Reviews (TDR) for technical scope approval.

Coordinating Services quotations and risk evaluations for consistency and competitiveness.

Supporting project execution teams and troubleshooting issues requiring product knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline (mandatory).

Experience or understanding of similar functions within the railway signalling sector (minimum 2 years).

Knowledge of engineering product development and full lifecycle project deployment.

Familiarity with customer relationship management and team management (functional or hierarchical).

A strong ability in cost and planning control within engineering scope.

Analytical and critical thinking skills.

Resilience under pressure and strong decision-making ability.

Advanced proficiency in English.
