Could you be the full-time Senior Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer in Istanbul we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your validation and software testing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented team.
You'll ensure that software or software components fulfill their intended use in real or simulated environments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (system, program, and quality teams), integrate components from various development teams, and manage validation platforms, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of configuring physical and virtual network environments for testing, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting lab equipment.
We’ll look to you for:

Developing and executing verification and validation procedures, including manual and automated tests for safety-critical software

Ensuring fulfillment of requirements for components under test
-
Integrating components and preparing validation platforms
-
Specifying, configuring, and allocating test benches and equipment for project teams
-
Planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of lab equipment
-
Coordinating lab resource usage across multiple teams and maintaining scheduling
-
Documenting lab procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities
-
Contributing to continuous improvement through Return of Experience (REX)

Degree in Engineering in Mechatronics, Communication and Electronics, Computer Science, or Electrical fields

5+ years of experience in industrial automation, IT, network configuration, and lab operations
-
Network configuration and IT certifications (e.g., CCNA)
-
Experience with cloud and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
-
Hands-on experience with industrial automation tools and equipment (e.g., PLCs, RTUs, SCADA)
-
Knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, MODBUS, OPC
-
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
-
Knowledge in the Railway Signalling Domain is a strong advantage
