Could you be the full-time Power Supply Automation Engineer in Istanbul we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in power supply automation to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in designing and implementing advanced automation systems for railway transportation infrastructure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Field Operations, SCADA specialists, and Cybersecurity experts), ensure compliance with the latest standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering basic and detailed designs for Substation Automation systems and emergency cut-off systems, but also support the implementation of cyber-secure solutions tailored to project needs.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining architectures for automation and control-command systems

Providing technical and interface specifications
-
Ensuring technical monitoring of subcontractors for automation programs

Participating in factory acceptance tests and supporting Field Operations teams
-
Managing automation interfaces and risks
-
Contributing to product improvements in performance and reliability

Preparing interface control documents and defining operational modes
-
Evaluating supplier offers and ensuring QCD commitments

Bachelor of Engineering in Control Automation, Electrical, or Electronics

Experience (3+ years) in the automation field (railway segment preferred, T&C experience desirable)

Knowledge in PLC/RTU, SCADA, and HMI
-
Strong understanding of electrical circuits and schematics
-
Familiarity with automation products from manufacturers like Schneider Electric, ABB, and GE
-
Good knowledge of standards such as IEC, EN, BS, NF, NFPA
-
Understanding of railway communication protocols and automation networks, including IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA, and IEC 62443
-
Experience with cybersecurity technologies and standards (ISO 2700X, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS, IEC 62351)

Autonomy, motivation, and an interest in technical topics

Fluency in English
