Could you be the full-time Installation Manager in Istanbul we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management and field operations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll oversee the operational coordination of all project activities related to Installation and Field Operations for Mainline and Urban Signaling systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, EHS Managers, and Installation Engineers), manage subcontractors and site activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering and maintaining installation plans and procedures, manage the Work Package of Installation, and ensure compliance with EHS policies and local regulations.
We’ll look to you for:
- Planning and managing site activities, including site facilities and resource planning
- Developing and maintaining installation plans and Work Method Statements in compliance with standard processes
- Managing the Installation Works for Signaling equipment and related performance
- Coordinating the Installation Engineering team for the assigned scope
- Ensuring continuous performance improvement within the project
- Ensuring compliance to EHS standards through site inspections and assessments

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent education or experience
- Proven experience in railway site management
- Competency in cost and planning control within site management
- A strong background in EHS
- A Master in Project Management or relevant certification (desirable)
- Knowledge of Railway products and services across different market segments
- Resilience and problem-solving skills
- Fluency ín English
