Could you be the full-time onsite HR Generalist in Turkiye we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Human Resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll shape the future of our workforce and culture by leading operations HR activities, from employee relations, recruitment, and staffing planning to performance management and people development. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including leadership, talent acquisition, and learning and development), ensuring a seamless HR experience and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent,
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals,
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues,
  • Overseeing performance management and improvement systems,
  • Designing and supporting organization-wide staff development programs,
  • Providing guidance on policy formulation and implementation,
  • Facilitating and promoting a culture of continuous learning and resilience


All about you

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
  • Experience or understanding of operations HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, and staffing planning,
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and people development strategies,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving,
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace
