We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing quick costing during the pre-tendering phase based on product cost databases and project execution experience

  • Supporting the Bid Manager in preparing Instructions for Quotation (IFQ) aligned with pricing strategies

  • Defining cost structures for bids according to RFP requirements and sales objectives

  • Leading cost estimation activities and driving cost improvement actions

  • Collaborating with Finance Tender Managers to optimize financial costs and improve competitiveness

  • Consolidating tender costs, ensuring consistency, and preparing costing packages for Tender Review Meetings (TRM)

  • Supporting tender validation processes and assisting with cost updates during customer negotiations

  • Transferring tender costing data to project teams and supporting costing for variation orders
